We loved the grounds and the friendliness of the hosts. They have beautiful antique furnishings. The breakfast supplies were plentiful. We would love to return.

Having frequented Morayshire for several years staying in various types of accommodation, South Cabin Easter Arr is an exception, and on all levels. The cabin itself is warm and extremely comfortable, the beds and pillows make for a very restful sleep, there's hot water on tap, a great shower with the most perfect water-pressured, there are fresh towels aplenty, the kitchen is well-equipped and well-stocked (with a whole host of extras not usually provided for guests). Outside is equally memorable. There's a veranda with decking, a fire pit, and woodland views where zero light pollution makes for an evening spent star gazing. What Celia, Robin, and their daughter provide is rare.

 

Lovely tranquil area where the cabin is situated, The cabin is lovely, very cosy and welcoming . Lovely host’s.only a phone call or text away if needing them . Lovely little personal touches with dog treats for guests fur babies. And first days breakfast added And some little touches of biscuits,little chocolate’s, coffee & sugar as well, and toiletries,and cleaning products. Which is very thoughtful & kind. This is First place we have stayed that has done this. The kitchen is fully equipped for making lovely meals.

 

We liked everything about the accommodation. In particular we liked the fact that it is a self-contained annex with its own access and facilities. It is presented to an extremely high standard and we particularly liked the attractive, well-made doors in native oak. The surroundings are entirely rural and it is blissfully quiet.

 

Lovely antique furniture and beautiful bathroom with powerful shower. Property has lush grounds surrounding it and very peaceful location within easy drive to town. Host was prompt to answer the door on arrival and very friendly and helpful. We received a festive welcome from 3 very happy dogs!

Celia and Co. were amazingly helpful, friendly and accommodating. The cabin was beautifully clean, plenty of storage, everything you could need in the kitchen and the rest of the cabin! It was extremely cosy and well heated, which you obviously definitely needed as we were staying in December. The location is completely ideal, especially if you're people like us, who wanted to get away to somewhere quiet and remote, but not be too far away from shops and more built up areas. As they stated to us, the hosts would keep completely out of way, but only be a text or call away if we need- and they kept to that promise for sure, we didn't hear a peep from anybody, but had the help of booking a taxi to and from the wedding we were attending. Couldn't fault a thing to be honest.

 

The annex is small, but everything has been well thought out, and it is very warm and comfortable. The shower room and bedroom are very comfortable, and there is a small table for eating. The provided breakfast is very nice with instant coffee/orange juice, cereals, croissants and toast. The views from the windows are tranquil and in the summer the outside seating area is very pleasant.

The cabin was beautiful, clean and stocked with breakfast for first morning. We really appreciated this detail as we had a long trip and unexpected emergency woth family we were visiting

Lovely and cosy. Very clean on arrival. Tea and coffee readily available. Other food options were also available which was unexpected but nice touch. Bedrooms very spacious. Staff very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely rebook

 

Great location and great hosts.. nice family run accommodation. loads of outdoor room for dog to exercise. great breakfast and amenities.

Easter Arr is in a great location for anyone exploring the highlands. It is only a 10 minute drive to the centre of Nairn and is within easy reach of Inverness, Elgin etc. We had a nice warm welcome from Celia & Robin on arrival. The accommodation is nothing short of FANTASTIC! it's a real home from home. Everything was immaculate and well thought out. We had a lovely welcome pack including bread, milk, fruit and many options for a breakfast. The location is quiet and peaceful and the hosts are never far away should you need any advice. Based on our stay we would HIGHLY recommend Easter Arr and wouldn't hesitate to return in the future. .
